Supplemental funding is only granted to student chartered organizations. If you would like to be chartered, please follow the chartering process dictated by SGO. Alternative sources of funding for campus events are the Office of Student Engagement and SGO.

Use the subcodes to break down your request and explain each subcode request briefly. Here is a short example.

Please send your document as a PDF and rename it accordingly.

Send your form to sbc@swarthmore.edu by Wednesday at 11:59pm to guarantee a time slot at the next SBC meeting. SBC will reply back with a time slot to present your budget to the committee on Saturday from 4-6pm. Please reply confirming that you will be attending the given meeting time. 

Once you have been confirmed for the next SBC meeting, send someone from your club (preferably the treasurer) to present your budget to the Committee in Sharples 209 during your scheduled time.
