Supplemental funding is only granted to student chartered organizations. If you would like to be chartered, please follow the chartering process dictated by SGO. Alternative sources of funding for campus events are the Office of Student Engagement and SGO.

Use the subcodes to break down your request and explain each subecode request briefly. Here is a short example.

Please send your document as a PDF and rename it accordingly.

Send your form to sbc@swarthmore.edu by Friday at 7pm to guarantee a time slot at the next SBC meeting. The SBC Chair will reply back with a time to present your budget to the committee.

Once you have been confirmed for the next SBC meeting, send someone from your club (preferably the treasurer) to present your budget to the Committee.
